After this morning's slowdown, we changed green's settings so one busy website can no longer tie up the whole server. Requests that get stuck are now stopped after a set time instead of waiting up to ten minutes, and the server can handle more than twice as many visitors at once.
Websites paused for a few seconds at about 7:21 pm and 8:00 pm while services restarted.
